Returns / Exchange Policy 

We hope that you love your purchase from The Views & Co. If that's not the case, we gladly accept returns for exchanges on all unused items within 7 business days of the delivery date. The product must be returned in its original quality with tags. 

What is the return or exchange process ?
Please reach out to use via email contact@viewsandco.co or on the Contact Us page. PLEASE NOTE in the case it is decided that the product is not a good fit buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will gladly provide you a return shipping label that is $4.50. This amount will be deducted from either your refund or your store credit to exchange for something else. 

In the case you decide your item was not a good fit and your initial shipping was FREE:

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS entails the recuperating the cost TO/FROM your location. If you would like to return your item or exchange your item you will receive back the price you paid minus the cost of shipping TO/FROM your location if you initial shipping was free only. 

Other Notes:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with tags attached. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, so we require a tracking number. .
  • Please allow up to 1 week for your refund to be processed. Once your payment has been refunded, you will receive an email notification.
  • Shipping costs are non refundable and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping is up to but never more than 48 hours 
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The Views & Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages domestically or internationally. In the case that something does go wrong with your carrier we will offer our best advise on how to work with your shipping carrier but it is the buyers responsibility to uncover their lost or stolen items
