Return Policy 

We hope that you love your purchase from The Views & Co. If that's not the case, we gladly accept returns on all items within 14 business days of the delivery date. The product must be returned in its original quality, unused, and undamaged.  *Please note buyers are responsible for return shipping costs*

What is the return process?
To start your return, please email:

Email must include

  • The name used to place the order
  • Your order number
  • State which item you'd like to return and brief description as to why you'd like to return your item. 

PLEASE NOTE buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will gladly provide you a return shipping label that is $4.50. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

If your initial shipping was FREE:

If you would like to return your items and your shipping was free you will receive back the price you paid minus the cost of shipping TO/FROM your location. 

Return Policy Guidelines

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. If you choose to send the item you'd like to return at your own expense, we highly recommend purchasing shipping with tracking.
  • Shipping costs are non refundable and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 
  • Please allow up to 1 week for your refund to be processed. Once your payment has been refunded, you will receive an email notification.
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The Views & Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages domestically or internationally. In the case that something does go wrong with your carrier we will offer our best advise on how to work with your shipping carrier but it is the buyers responsibility to uncover their lost or stolen items
